Flexy Trans Ltd. has been a full member of the Bulgarian Association of the Ship Brokers and Agents (BASBA) since August 2005.
BASBA was founded in Varna on January 6, 1997 as a non-government and non-profit organization by 32 founding firms active in ship brokerage and ship agency in Varna black sea region. At present there are 53 member firms with main offices in all major cities in the country, and operation in all Bulgarian sea and river ports.
BASBA is a full-fledged member of the Bulgarian organization of national associations of ship brokers and agents from EU member-states (ECASBA) and of the World federation of national associations of ship brokers and agents (FONASBA).
Most of the effort of the BASBA as an organization is directed towards creating and maintaining unified professional standards and practices, as well as supporting and protecting its members' interests in all cases involving third parties.
