Liquid bulk cargoes are loaded into a flexitank and can be transported in 20 ft containers. The flexitank changes the 20 ft standard containers into bulk liquid transporting 23,000 (liters) containers.
Apart from the organization of the transport we will provide the necessary flexitanks, installed in advance, and will help you during the loading to make sure it is done correctly. Depending on the specific requirements of your cargo, we will provide you with the necessary equipment to load the liquid cargo into the flexitank.
Transportation of bulk liquids in flexitanks makes packaging unnecessary and makes use of all the advantages of container transportation. Goods that can be transported in flexitanks include: wine, vegitable and non-vegetable oils, fruit juices, cleaning solutions, non-hazardous chemicals and latex among others.
Some bulk liquids require transportation in tank containers. The tank container makes possible the transportation of the bulk liquid cargo by all means of transport (ship, train, truck) with no need of reloading of the cargo from one transportation unit to another, thus ensuring maximum safety. We can provide you with the tank containers and work out the best transportation scheme for you.
